07/23/16 Master Renato Tavares Colorado Seminar/Ethan's Birthday BBQ
Just started kickboxing last week and its so much more than I had anticipated! I'm already pretty fit physically but I'm a sweaty mess after each class so I KNOW I'm burning some serious calories while I'm learning punching, kicking and blocking techniques. Love the workout, love Coach Morrison and everyone at the training center are very friendly and very approachable. Anyone thinking about doing some martial arts for either self defense or for just for a good workout should consider giving ETC Castle Rock a try!

We are so happy we discovered ETC after moving to Castle Rock. The staff is very friendly and the training is top notch. The transformation I have witnessed in my 10 yr old son since starting his training at Easton is astounding. His confidence is through the roof and his fitness level has increased 10 fold. He inspired me to start training. If you want to do something great for your child that will positively change their life forever, start them training in BJJ. ETC has the best children program. While you are there, jump in a class yourself. It might just change your life too.
